Returns & Refund Policy

At Parfumerie Enchanté, we want you to love your fragrance. If your purchase is not quite right, we accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved returns will be refunded as store credit. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
